Another Saturday like that

Ryan and I flew home last month for his grandpa's funeral. I ended up staying back at home for a week and got to hang out and see some friends. My friend Carrie and her hubby Shane had a party on Friday night in which we drank large quantities of alcohol, flailed, danced and sang our lungs out. It was glorious and fun as always. But the next day is what I am thinking about today. Carrie, Shane and I woke up hungover as hell the next morning but we layed around all day talking about funny things and watching funny videos online. We laughed so hard we all cried for hours. My stomach hurt from laughing so hard. Carrie said "I don't want you to go home. Today reminds me of old times!" Yes, she was right...it was just like old times. It was so fun. I never laugh like that anymore and I miss it. We used to have so much fun and do such funny things. I need to start doing funny things again.

Ok, now I have to go outside and kill some fire ants and wasps and rake some leaves.  I am absolutely terrified of wasps now after getting stung last fall and going to the hospital.  I couldn't sleep last night and was having anxiety thinking about getting stung by a wasp.  Uhh!
